Yes. Depending on customer requirements and the product risk profile, components can undergo visual inspection, electrical testing and advanced laboratory testing through internationally recognized testing partners.

At Tradius, preventing quality issues is our first priority. Every sourcing project follows a structured quality process that includes supplier qualification, documentation verification, visual inspection and, where required, advanced testing through globally recognized testing partners.

Despite these preventive measures, no supply chain is entirely risk-free.

If a quality issue is identified, Tradius immediately activates a structured corrective action process. We work closely with the customer, our supplier and, where applicable, our testing partners to investigate the root cause, contain the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

To provide additional peace of mind, Tradius also maintains appropriate Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance as part of our overall risk management framework, helping protect our customers, our business and our partners in the unlikely event of a covered claim.

Tradius does not apply a fixed minimum order quantity. We can support both small-volume and larger requirements, subject to product availability and supplier conditions.

For smaller orders, the total order value must be commercially viable and sufficient to cover sourcing, handling, inspection and transportation costs. Our team will always explain the available options clearly before an order is confirmed.
